Day 1

Humiliation Galore!!! I had to wear spandex shorts and sports bra to take multiple pictures for my before shots. Talk about uncomfortable. Then had to film a testimonial in the same thing and talk about my story. My story...what story??? Oh, the story of how I got so fat! Yikes. I don't have a great story, I get the feeling they want something juicy, I moved to NYC from Texas all alone and didn't know a soul. oh.. they like that.. run with it... I think they wanted tears, I tried... even got a little watery eyed. Truth is, I have no one to blame but myself, so I hate making excuses. The food is okay, but I am hungry by 8 pm and we are not supposed to deviate from the diet. I had a slice of non fat cheese and some tuna. I don't feel too guilty about that. This should be interesting...
